Teams

At Montacentre, 90 people are at your service:

• 4 project leaders (including one civil engineer)
• 25 people on the sites, team leaders and overseers at the sites
• 55 technicians and mechanics in charge of materials, parts, vehicles
• 4 office workers for accountancy and human resources
• 2 administrators

All our project leaders have a wide experience. They regularly visit the sites and check on the quality of the work and its conformity with what has been stipulated.

Our overseers at the sites are equally experienced and make of quality their highest priority. When they start up a site, they hold toolbox meetings with our project leaders.

Our technicians receive adequate training: from the very beginning they are familiarised with the procedures so that they offer a top quality work. Special attention goes to safety. During their first year, they are being helped by a coach. They do courses for welders, machine drivers, working at heights, working with Manitou etc.

All the workers at the sites and the people in charge have had special training VCA** and passed the exam.
