Montacentre develops more than 100 industrial sites for about 80 Belgian, French and Luxembourgish companies every year.

• Safety stairs in the shape of arch.

4.  Bouygues

• Manufacturing and assembly of safety railing, steps and various metal structures for the building located on the site of the shopping centre in Louvain-la-Neuve.

5.  BPC

• Various staircases with safety measures and handrails in the shopping centre of Woluwe.
• Various metal and iron structures in the Charlemagne building in Louvain-la-Neuve.
• Metal floor at GSK in Wavre.

6.  Burgo

• Vault blow tank loading.
• Maintenance and repair of framework, structures and pipelines as well as important lifting works during the annual close-down.
• Replacement of 180m of rollers.
• Manufacturing and assembly of sheathes.
• Electricity room for the administration building.
• Replacement of staves on drum 1.
• Manufacturing and assembly of numerous footbridges.

7.  Carmeuse

• Replacement roof of palletization hall.
• Conducts and footbridges supports.
• Replacement of 57 sprinklers on FM oven.
• Installing discharge outlet for lime.

8.  CBR (sites of Antoing and Lixhe)

• Repair of various rollers, including aluminothermic welding and replacement of rail.
• Maintenance of conveyers during close-down period.
• Maintenance of dustextractors.
• Replacement of belts and screws of lifts.
• Maintenance and repair on Aumund chain.
• Replacement of grids, hoppers, clinkers.
• Repair of Loesche chimney.
• Replacement of mixer system.

9.  CCB

• Repair of various rollers, including aluminothermic welding and replacement of rail.
• Welding on bandage no.1.
• Maintenance of conveyor belts and screws during close-down of oven.

• Maintenance and repair of grinding mill BC9.

• Placement of a silo on the site of ICDI.

12.  Degrémont

• Installing of aluminium railings, ladders and footbridges in the sewage treatment plant of Wasmuel.

13.  Dredging (Groupe DEME)

• Design, manufacturing, assembly and launching of a modular sand treatment plant.
• Study, manufacturing and assembly of a sifting and crushing plant on board of the Samson dredger.

14.  Glaverbel

• Manufacturing and assembly of racks for storage.
• Manufacturing of trestles and trolleys.
• Development and manufacturing of 16 test benches.
• Manufacturing of numerous test chassis.

15.  GSK

• Montacentre is the main company for metal constructions and assembly at the site of GSK St Amand. Our workers operate in the SA01, 03 and 04 zones.
• Manufacturing and assembly of numerous footbridges, railings, support and protection elements for machines, gutters, chassis, frameworks, shelters, transport elements, roofing, etc.

16.  Holcim

• Montacentre is the main company for metal constructions, assembly and maintenance at the site of Obourg.
• Maintenance and replacement of elements for electrofilters.
• Maintenance and repair of Benti skirts and valves.
• Replacement of Aumund chain of oven 9.
• Manufacturing and assembly of numerous footbridges, railings, support and protection elements for machines, gutters, chassis, frameworks, shelters, transport elements, roofing, etc.

17.  Nexans

• Mechanical maintenance at the Charleroi site.
• Realignment of a production machine at the site of Dour.
• Design, manufacturing and assembly of several own sites and of production halls for the sites in Charleroi and Buizingen.
• Manufacturing and assembly of numerous footbridges, railings, support and protection elements for machines, gutters, chassis, frameworks, shelters, transport elements, roofing, etc.
• Study, manufacturing and assembly of several sterilisers.

18.  OTV-AQUIRIS-VEOLIA

• Montacentre is the main company for metal constructions, assembly and maintenance at the Vilvoorde sewage treatment plant.
• Design, manufacturing and assembly of numerous footbridges, railings, support and protection elements for machines, gutters, chassis, frameworks, shelters, transport elements, roofing, etc …

19.  Solvay – Carrière les Petons.

• Maintenance and repair on crushing machines, conveyers, hoppers, etc.
• Primary assembly of a sifting plant.

20.  Sonaca

• Study, manufacturing, assembly and transformations of a great number of trolleys for the transport of aircraft components.
• General contract for preventive maintenance of the handling trolleys.
• Repair, maintenance and replacement of lifting beans and trolleys for overhead conveyers.
• Manufacturing of titanium frameworks for aircraft components.
• Pickling of titanium frameworks, trolleys and lifting beans.
